The Villa

We had such a lovely experience staying in this holiday home. We were welcomed with a bottle of Prosecco and a box of chocolates and then quickly realised there was tea, coffee, milk and all the little things you forget to bring, like salt and pepper etc. The place was immaculate, everything seemed brand new, all very well looked after. There is not anything negative I have to say about our stay. The site was well looked after, the clubhouse was fun, great for children.

Had a lovely stay here for a couple of days with my family. The accommodation was spotless, cosy and had everything we needed. Aaron was a great host, really responsive, flexible and helpful. The location was great, lots of things to do nearby — West Wittering beach and Arundel were particular highlights. Would definitely stay again.

The most beautiful caravan, attention to detail in every room/space, lovely welcome basket, coffee machine… the list is endless! A really wonderful stay!

A lovely place. Huge inside and bigger than we thought. We're two adults and two teens. Super clean, spacious, and chilled. Lovely park with facilities. We hope to go back.

Our stay was lovely, the caravan is very modern with all the necessary facilities. It was a nice layout and spacious, and exceeded expectations. We were welcomed with a gift basket including Prosecco, mince pies and chocolates. Milk already in the fridge, there were games to play, speakers, and a map of the caravan site. The caravan was in a nice area, overlooking the lake. The caravan was extremely clean, easy to access and good value for money. Would certainly recommend and stay again.

Great place to stay! Aaron was extremely friendly, quick to respond and also came round to check on a small issue we had with the oven. The place was extremely clean and modern. The only downside would be finding the property once you're on the estate, but the instructions are very clear if you follow them correctly. I would definitely recommend this place! Perfect place.

A lovely clean modern and comfortable static home. Decent kitchen with all that you would need to prepare and cook food. Beds were comfortable and the sofa was okay. 2x showers and toilets which was handy. Chichester is a great place with plenty of good restaurants and pubs which was only a five minute drive away.

The lodge was super, spotlessly clean. Everything was brand new. Very comfortable beds, the decor was lovely with lots of little extras like speakers, iPad, slippers, dressing gowns etc. — it felt very luxurious. The location is great for things to do in the area and the site itself was very peaceful, very quiet at night. Aaron was very responsive and helpful and left a really thoughtful welcome basket. Can highly recommend a stay here.

What a lovely caravan decorated with modern fixtures and soft furnishings. Everything looked brand new and well looked after. Great to have 2 bathrooms too. Lovely location in a quiet and peaceful part of the park with a view of the lake. The veranda was lovely to sit on during the afternoon/evening with the lovely comfortable furniture. We hope to visit again soon.

Perfect location for visiting Goodwood Revival.

From booking to checking out was made very easy by Aaron and family. Would highly recommend using them. I will definitely be staying again. The accommodation was outstanding — can honestly say one of the best I have used. My friends and I enjoyed a very relaxing comfortable couple of days in a lovely environment. I would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay! The Airbnb was super clean and immaculate. The hosts left us a few treats on arrival and also left passes for the pool and clubhouse. The area is peaceful and calm and overall we had a fabulous stay. If I was to give one suggestion it would be to get better curtains in the bedrooms — they block very little light.

Thank you for letting us stay at your property. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Aaron was especially prompt in helping us with a couple of things that we needed. I would definitely recommend it and if the opportunity arose I would like to stay again.

Aaron was super helpful, he sent me a message with clear instructions for the house and TV etc. When I arrived, the accommodation was perfect, and super clean! The house is exactly like the photos (maybe even better). Aaron also left a goodie basket and some milk in the fridge along with the WiFi code which was a nice touch. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to do some cooking, and it has a small dishwasher which is very convenient. Overall had a fabulous stay and will definitely book here again.

I'm not easily impressed, but this villa truly exceeded all expectations. Spotlessly clean throughout, it's the only place I've ever genuinely felt comfortable sleeping on the beds and using the duvets and linen — everything was fresh, immaculate, and of exceptional quality. The lodge is in a tranquil location, perfect for unwinding, yet offers plenty of entertainment for the whole family. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool (which you need to pre-book) — it's recently refurbished and well worth visiting if you have children! Communication from the host was excellent from start to finish, and the thoughtful welcome basket — even with special treats for our three children — was such a lovely surprise. This stay was peaceful, comfortable, and full of those extra touches that make a holiday special. We've already been in touch to rebook, which says it all!

We had such an amazing stay and it suited us perfectly. We haven't stayed in a holiday park before and had a full schedule of things planned so didn't make it to the swimming or bar but it's a very clean, well organised and quiet holiday park. We were looking for somewhere just to sleep but it was so homely and comfortable we didn't want to leave. We were a family of mum & dad with three teenage boys (14, 18 and 19). It was great that they had their own bathroom and my oldest son slept on the sofabed and so plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen provided every utensil needed and had a great selection of glasses and plates. The dishwasher was great too with a full sized fridge. Aaron was the perfect host with excellent communication and recommendations. It was lovely to have a deck with outdoor seating which faces the lake and a lovely evening breeze. Can't find a fault with the accommodation or host and would highly recommend. Thanks so much Aaron!

Great accommodation and location for Goodwood Revival Festival. Easy access. Sparkling cleanliness. Very comfortable accommodation, fully equipped as at home. Nothing else to say. I would highly recommend.
